Made-To-Order Microgreens

The Wonderful World of Microgreens

Microgreens are the baby shoots of herbs and vegetables, harvested around 10-28 days after planting. They have 4-40 times more nutrition value then their adult counterparts, and they deliver amazing flavor and beautiful aesthetics to just about any dish.

Just like everything else we grow, our microgreens are free from harsh chemicals like pesticides and herbicides. Our indoor nursery provides the perfect controlled environment to ensure proper ventilation and humidity. We designed our grow space to be the optimal environment for plants to flourish.

Our Varieties

We grow nine different varieties of microgreens, each with its own grow time. It can take one to four weeks to complete initial fulfillment, depending on the crop. We grow everything to order, and we harvest on the same day that we deliver.

Sunflower

Sunflower microgreens have a nutty flavor and add a delicate crunch in any dish. They are a great source of complete protein. Our personal favorite microgreen.

Purple-stemmed Radish

Radish greens taste just like radish! They are extremely low in calories, and they are rich in beneficial nutrients, such as enzymes, antioxidants, protein, minerals and vitamins.

Arugula

Our rocket arugula greens have an intense peppery flavor. They’re absolutely packed with vitamins and antioxidants. Take your salad, sandwich, or taco to the next level.

Pea Shoots

Pea shoots are as scrumptious as they are beautiful. Their tender stalks and leaves taste just like peas, and they’re packed with vitamin C, folate, potassium, and antioxidants.

Cilantro

Cilantro is one of the most aromatic microgreens we grow. They add a bold, distinctive flavor to your dish, and they’re a great source of vitamins K, A, B, C, fiber, and essential minerals.

Basil

We love basil microgreens more than basil itself. Their aroma is intoxicating, and the flavor is even better. Genevese basil is rich in the vitamins C and K, the minerals iron and calcium, and antioxidants.

Broccoli

Broccoli microgreens are delicious on any salad. Their health benefits are tremendous. They have even more sulforaphane than broccoli itself. It’s a micronutrient that helps fight cancer.

Red Russian Kale

You’ll love the vibrant hues and delicate flavor of Red Russian kale microgreens. They add a mild nutty flavor to your dish while bringing all of the super food nutrition you want out of kale.

Amaranth

Red amaranth microgreens are one of the most beautiful greens available. They have a slightly sweet earthy flavor similar to a spinach. Perfect on your sandwich or in your wrap.
